The Barrington Boar Hotel - Ilminster

The location was perfectly comfortable as it was close to pubs and restaurants. Also, the area was delightful. The restaurant was LOVELY with a varied menu and good service, I tried excellent dishes. I had a very clean bed for great sleep.

Everyone is thoughtful and excellent and host too.

i had a fantastic stay and was impressed by the proximity to east lambrook manor gardens and the somerset cider brandy co, making it so easy to enjoy my weekend city strolls while taking in beautiful park views and indulging in local treats.

Had an awesome weekend with friends at a cozy pub with a fun beer festival! The rooms were comfy, and the staff was super friendly. Dinner was a highlight, with special menus for allergies and preferences. Breakfast was excellent too, with great choices to kickstart the day.

The only downside was that we found some noise from the pub during the night, a bit hard to sleep for some of us.

would like to go back there again

Stylishly decorated, my double room had a bright private bathroom, tv, and a comfy seating area. Breakfast was spot on with local ingredients. They offered homemade pastries. The friendly hosts made sure we felt at home. Ample parking too, with easy access to lovely outdoor areas for dining.

Our group enjoyed a good two nights here, with really cute hosts and the best breakfast spread ever. The homemade oat porridge was a highlight, and we were treated to a special dish just to try something new. A must-visit is Barrington Court's gardens nearby!
